I have been working with Settle for nearly 2 years, Settle’s priority is to reduce homelessness across young people who have experience of the care system through 1:1 coaching. Prior to this my experience was working with young adults in custody where I was exposed to the unique situations young people who have experience of the care system must navigate. My role at Settle is to support the team in delivering our programme to young people, ensure that coaches feel equipped to deliver high quality support led by the young person. I also work within our data and evaluation working group, improving our practice around quality of data, how we can use this improve our service, and share the impact of our work.
