Duncan Shrubsole is the CEO of St-Martin-in-the Fields Charity. Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the homelessness sector, starting from his volunteer work at Crisis at Christmas. Most recently, he worked at Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and Crisis leading policy, research, communications and campaigns to influence public policy and practice. He is also the Chair of Trustees at Switchback, and a Trustee at the Trussell Trust.
