I have been working at Settle since early 2023 as a Settle Coach, providing 1-1 support to care experienced young people across London who are transitioning into independent living. I moved into the role of Senior Coach at the end of 2024 meaning I work more closely with our partners and support with team development. Prior to Settle I worked at a charity who support young people through coaching, work experience, life experience and education to empower them to be the pilot of their own lives. At Settle I also work with the Advocacy group, the team culture and wellbeing group and environmental and sustainability group, ensuring our young people's voices are heard, our team's wellbeing is prioritised, and our environmental strategies are met.
