About this speaker

Jake Lake is the Public Health and Prevention Lead for MAC-UK and is currently working as one of the Project Lead's for MAC-UK's partnership with Look Ahead. He has worked within the homelessness sector for over 10 years and has personal experience of homelessness in his family. His work on public health and prevention has seen him developing MAC-UK policy positions on inequality, working alongside youth consultants to develop our influencing capacity around policing, and specifically stop and search, and leading on a report looking at the ways in which clinical psychology is over-reliant on individualising mental health on the doctorate courses around the country.
