Michelle Major

Michelle has worked with Homeless Network Scotland since 2016 in a variety of roles, initially developing a peer advocacy project. Her role now is leading HNS’ work providing a platform for people with lived experience of homelessness which includes organising and facilitating All in for Change, a national team of frontline workers and people with lived experience of homelessness working to close the implementation gap between great policy at a strategic level and practice on the ground. While the work is serious and often heavy, Michelle brings creativity into participation wherever possible. Michelle also enjoys designing and delivering training to a variety of audiences and likes to learn more about all things related to homelessness and participation.
