Nicola McCrudden

Nicola joined Homeless Connect in 2020. She has worked in housing and homelessness for her entire career and believes in collaboration and the involvement of people with lived experience in ending homelessness. Prior to joining Homeless Connect, Nicola spent 2 years as a senior associate consultant with Campbell Tickell. Between 2014-2018 she was working with the Chartered Institute of Housing as Director of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and before this worked in Housing Rights for 20 years, leading on policy and communications. 

Nicola has worked across Ireland and the UK where she has gained experience in governance, strategic leadership and business planning, financial management, public policy, and research. She is a Board Member of NI Co-ownership Housing Association and is studying a master’s degree in social science research at Queens University Belfast.
