Ros Holland

Ros Holland is the Chief Executive of the Boaz Trust, a Greater Manchester-based charity providing accommodation and specialist support for people facing homelessness because of insecure, uncertain, or recently changed immigration status. This includes individuals who have been refused asylum as well as those who have been granted refugee status. 

Ros has been part of Boaz Trust for 17 years, beginning in frontline roles before becoming Chief Executive in 2013. Her leadership combines deep practical experience with a strong commitment to justice and dignity for people seeking sanctuary. She is passionate about seeking people thrive and flourish, while working to create places of welcome and belonging with and for people who’ve been pushed to the margins.
